Service Availability & Locations

• Some treatments are exclusively available at our detailing studio due to the equipment, environment, or time required.

• Where applicable, services can be carried out at your home or workplace — provided the space is safe, accessible, and suitable for us to operate.

• For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot carry out treatments on busy roads, in confined spaces, or in pay-and-display car parks.

• Access to a safe power source is essential for mobile appointments. An outdoor water tap is preferred, though our vans carry their own water supply.

• If your location may present any limitations, please contact us to discuss your options or alternative arrangements.

Booking Deposits

• All bookings require a deposit to be confirmed.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The deposit amount will vary depending on the selected treatment and level of work required.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• In rare instances of delays or emergencies, JoJo Auto Spa may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In such cases, we will offer a new booking within 14 days or issue a full refund of your deposit.

• If the client is unresponsive or fails to attend within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and invoice the full treatment amount.

Additional Charges

• If your vehicle requires intensive contamination removal (e.g. pet hair, mud, mold, vomit, or blood), a surcharge will apply.

• To avoid unexpected costs, please notify us of these conditions in advance and share photos if possible.

• Where necessary, revised pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before we begin any work.

Acceptance of Terms

• When booking a treatment with JoJo Auto Spa, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Failure to comply may result in full booking charges being applied. An invoice will be issued to your registered email or billing address.

• Missed appointments result in lost revenue. We reserve the right to recover outstanding balances through legal channels if required.

• Discount available when you join our mailing list and book directly with our detailing studio.
• Valid at JoJo’s Auto Spa Detailing Studio, 20 New Hall Lane, Unit 3, New hall Business Park, CH47 4BP. Vehicles must be brought to us (no mobile service).
• The £50 discount can be used with a gift card, but not with competition prizes, other offers or promotions.
• Bookings must be made by , and services carried out by October 31, 2025.
• One discount per customer, per vehicle.
• Voucher has no cash value and can’t be exchanged for other services.
• Bookings are subject to availability. we recommend booking early.
• Heavily soiled or oversized vehicles may incur an additional charge not covered by the discount.
• Our standard cancellation policy applies – missed or late-notice cancellations may forfeit the discount.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
