Terms and Conditions
At JoJo’s Auto Spa, we’re committed to providing exceptional mobile car detailing services. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all parties, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
Service Location Requirements:
• Our services can be carried out at your premises or ours.
• For safety and insurance purposes, we cannot work on busy main roads or in small areas where we cannot operate. Pay and display car parks are also excluded.
• We require access to a safe power source and preferably an outdoor tap, though this is not mandatory, as our vans carry water tanks.
• If your location has any of the above issues, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Booking Deposits:
• All secure bookings are deposit-based.
• Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Deposit amounts vary based on the chosen package or required work.
Rescheduling and Cancellation:
• In the event of unforeseen traffic delays or unexpected incidents/emergencies, JoJo’s Auto Spa may have to cancel or reschedule your booking. This will occur within 14 days of the original booking, with a full refund of your deposit.
• If you, the client, do not respond or arrive within 30 minutes of our agreed start time, we reserve the right to cancel the job and invoice you for the full amount.
Additional Charges:
• If your vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply. Please inform us in advance and provide images if possible to receive a fair estimate.
• If we are not made aware of these conditions in advance, a price will be negotiated before commencing work.
Acceptance of Terms:
• With every booking, you will be asked to read and accept these terms and conditions. By doing so, you agree to our terms of business.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in full booking charges being payable. In such cases, an invoice will be sent to the provided billing address and/or email address.
• We do not tolerate missed bookings as they result in lost wages. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding payments.
